Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BAZ1B, a member of the bromodomain and extraterminal (BET) family of proteins, plays a critical role in chromatin remodeling and gene regulation. It is essential for the maintenance of genome integrity, particularly during DNA repair processes and in response to cellular stress. Research into BAZ1B has gained momentum due to its involvement in various biological pathways, including cell cycle progression and differentiation, as well as its potential implications in cancer biology. Dysregulation of BAZ1B has been associated with several malignancies, suggesting that it might serve as a promising therapeutic target. Studies have employed recombinant BAZ1B protein to elucidate its structure and function, focusing on its interactions with histones and other regulatory proteins. Understanding these interactions is crucial, as they provide insights into the mechanisms underlying BAZ1B's role in chromatin dynamics and gene expression. Furthermore, exploring the biochemical properties of recombinant BAZ1B could facilitate the development of novel strategies for modulating its activity in therapeutic contexts. Overall, the investigation of BAZ1B and its recombinant protein forms is vital for advancing our understanding of epigenetic regulation and its implications for health and disease.
