Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BAIAP2L1 (Bai Apoptosis Inhibitor 2-Like 1) is a member of the BAI (brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor) family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including neuronal development and apoptosis. Its involvement in the regulation of cellular signaling pathways has drawn interest in the context of several diseases, particularly those associated with neurodegeneration and cancer. Studies suggest that BAIAP2L1 may modulate the actin cytoskeleton and influence cell morphology, migration, and proliferation. Additionally, its potential role as a biomarker for certain cancers has sparked research into its mechanisms of action and therapeutic implications. The generation of recombinant BAIAP2L1 protein allows for the exploration of its functional properties and interactions at a molecular level, facilitating the understanding of its role in disease pathology. By studying the recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its biological functions, contribute to the understanding of its signaling pathways, and identify potential targets for therapeutic intervention in diseases where BAIAP2L1 is implicated. Overall, the recombinant expression and characterization of BAIAP2L1 hold promise for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and potential clinical applications.
