Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BAHD1 (Bromodomain Adjacent to the Homology Domain 1) is a protein that has gained attention in recent years due to its role in chromatin remodeling and gene regulation. As a component of chromatin-associated complexes, BAHD1 is implicated in the regulation of gene expression, histone modification, and the maintenance of genome stability. Studies have shown that BAHD1 interacts with various transcription factors and co-factors, positioning it as a critical player in gene silencing, particularly in the context of cellular differentiation and response to environmental stimuli. Its involvement in cellular processes such as proliferation and apoptosis highlights its potential link to cancer progression and other diseases. Given these functions, researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing BAHD1's structural properties, understanding its interactions with other proteins, and exploring its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombination and expression of BAHD1 as a recombinant protein is essential for detailed studies on its biochemical properties, functional mechanisms, and potential applications in disease modeling and gene therapy. Thus, the ongoing research on BAHD1 recombinant proteins not only advances our understanding of epigenetic regulation but also opens up new avenues for therapeutic intervention in diseases where BAHD1 plays a significant role.
