Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BACH proteins, part of the RecQ helicase family, play critical roles in maintaining genomic stability and regulating DNA repair mechanisms. Their functions are particularly significant in the context of various cellular processes, including homologous recombination, telomere maintenance, and responses to DNA damage. Mutations in BACH genes have been associated with disorders such as Fanconi anemia and other cancer predisposition syndromes, underscoring their importance in human health. Research on BACH recombinant proteins aims to elucidate their biochemical properties, interaction with other DNA repair factors, and their mechanism of action in DNA metabolism. By generating and studying these recombinant proteins, scientists seek to uncover the molecular dynamics of BACH in both normal physiological contexts and disease states. Understanding these proteins not only provides insights into DNA repair pathways but may also lead to potential therapeutic targets in cancer treatment, enhancing our ability to address genetic diseases linked to DNA instability.
