稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VPS25 (Vacuolar Protein Sorting 25) is a crucial component of the endosomal sorting complex required for transport (ESCRT) machinery, which plays a vital role in various cellular processes such as protein sorting, membrane trafficking, and the downregulation of cell surface receptors. Dysregulation of VPS25 has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer, where it can affect tumor progression and metastasis. The study of VPS25 and its associated pathways is essential to understand the mechanisms underlying endosomal trafficking and cellular homeostasis. Recent research has highlighted the importance of VPS25 in maintaining the balance of cellular proteins by mediating the sorting of ubiquitinated proteins for degradation, thus preventing their accumulation. Furthermore, VPS25 interacts with other ESCRT components, and gaining insight into these interactions can reveal potential therapeutic targets for diseases linked to cellular misregulation. Investigating the structure and function of VPS25-recombinant proteins is paramount for elucidating its role in endosomal dynamics and could pave the way for developing novel strategies in treating diseases associated with its dysfunction. Overall, the growing interest in VPS25 emphasizes its significance in cell biology and disease mechanisms, highlighting the need for continued research in this area.
