Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP6V0A2 is a critical component of the vacuolar H+-ATPase (V-ATPase) complex, which plays an essential role in various cellular processes, including regulation of intracellular pH, protein sorting, and nutrient sensing. This ATPase is pivotal for maintaining cellular homeostasis and is found in various cellular compartments, particularly in the endosomal and lysosomal pathways. Mutations in the ATP6V0A2 gene have been associated with several diseases, including sensorineural hearing loss and some forms of renal tubular acidosis, highlighting its importance in human health. Given its role in cellular function and disease pathology, research on ATP6V0A2 has gained momentum, focusing on understanding its structural and functional properties through the development of recombinant proteins. The production of ATP6V0A2 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical studies, aiding in the elucidation of its mechanisms of action and interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, understanding the functional dynamics of ATP6V0A2 can provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for diseases linked to its dysregulation. Overall, research on ATP6V0A2 recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our knowledge of cellular physiology and developing strategies to combat associated disorders.
