Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDLIM7 (PDZ and LIM domain protein 7) is a member of the PDZ-LIM protein family, which plays crucial roles in cellular signaling, cytoskeletal organization, and gene expression regulation. Recent studies have highlighted PDLIM7's involvement in various biological processes, including muscle differentiation, cardiac function, and immune response. Its interactions with a range of signaling molecules and cellular structures have prompted investigations into its potential roles in diseases, such as cancer and cardiac disorders. The recombinant expression of PDLIM7 is essential for elucidating its structure-function relationships and understanding its specific interactions within cellular contexts. By producing PDLIM7 in heterologous systems, researchers can obtain large quantities of purified protein for biochemical assays, structural studies, and functional analyses. Investigating PDLIM7's properties, such as its ligand-binding capabilities and regulatory mechanisms, may provide insights into therapeutic targets for diseases associated with its dysregulation. Additionally, understanding how PDLIM7 integrates various signaling pathways could pave the way for novel interventions in conditions where this protein plays a pivotal role. Overall, the study of recombinant PDLIM7 offers a promising avenue for unraveling its contributions to both normal physiology and pathophysiology.
