Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASB5 (Ankyrin Repeat and SOCS Box Protein 5) is a member of the ASB family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes including protein ubiquitination and degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Researchers have increasingly focused on ASB5 due to its potential implications in cancer biology and other diseases, where aberrations in protein regulation are often observed. Understanding the structure and function of ASB5 can shed light on its role in cellular signaling pathways and its interactions with other proteins. Recent studies have also suggested that ASB5 may be involved in the modulation of immune responses and developmental processes. The recombinant production of ASB5 protein offers an opportunity to study its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms in vitro, facilitating the exploration of its therapeutic potential. The ongoing characterization of ASB5 through recombinant techniques could lead to the development of novel strategies in targeted therapies, making it an important focus for cancer research and treatment.
