Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASB4 (Ankyrin Repeat and SOCS Box-containing Protein 4) is a member of the ASB family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction and protein degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. Research has shown that ASB4 is involved in regulating important biological functions, such as immune responses, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. Its unique structure, characterized by ankyrin repeats, suggests a potential role in protein-protein interactions, which may influence cellular signaling pathways and substrate specificity for ubiquitination. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of ASB4 in cancer biology, where alterations in its expression and functionality could impact tumorigenesis and metastasis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing ASB4 activity can provide insights into its contributions to diseases and may open avenues for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant expression of ASB4 in various systems aims to elucidate its biological functions, interactions with other proteins, and the consequences of its dysregulation, thus serving as a foundation for more targeted research in cell biology and oncology.
