Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDE4A, or phosphodiesterase 4A, is an important enzyme that plays a crucial role in the degradation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), a key signaling molecule involved in various biological processes. The dysfunction of PDE4A has been linked to several diseases, including inflammation, neurological conditions, and respiratory disorders, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Research on PDE4A recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential applications in drug development and understanding cellular signaling pathways. By producing and characterizing these recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate the enzyme's function, regulation, and interactions with other signaling molecules. Furthermore, PDE4A inhibitors have emerged as promising candidates in treating conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by enhancing cAMP levels and promoting anti-inflammatory effects. The ongoing studies focus on optimizing the expression systems for PDE4A, understanding its structural properties, and investigating its role in pathophysiological processes. Overall, the study of PDE4A recombinant proteins is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of cAMP signaling and developing novel therapeutic strategies.
