Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBL3 (Ubiquitin-like protein 3) is a member of the ubiquitin-like protein family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes such as protein degradation, signal transduction, and cellular stress responses. Research on UBL3 has gained attention due to its potential involvement in the regulation of protein homeostasis and its implications in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegeneration, and metabolic disorders. The unique structure of UBL3, characterized by its ubiquitin-like fold, enables it to interact with various substrates and influence their stability and function. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the mechanisms by which UBL3 affects cellular pathways, particularly in relation to protein turnover and stress response mechanisms. Understanding the functional roles of UBL3 could provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies for diseases related to proteostasis. Additionally, the exploration of UBL3 as a potential biomarker for disease progression has opened new avenues for research in targeted therapy and precision medicine. Overall, the study of UBL3 and its recombinant protein forms is essential for uncovering the underlying molecular mechanisms that govern cellular function and for developing innovative approaches to combat diseases associated with disruptions in protein dynamics.
