Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPS27A, or ribosomal protein S27a, is a crucial component of the ribosomal structure, playing a vital role in protein synthesis and cellular growth. Recent studies have indicated that RPS27A is not only essential for ribosome biogenesis but also involved in various cellular processes, including the regulation of cell proliferation, apoptosis, and stress responses. Importantly, it has been linked to multiple pathologies, including cancer, where its expression levels often correlate with tumor progression and patient prognosis. The exploration of recombinant RPS27A protein has gained traction as it presents potential applications in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying these processes. By producing RPS27A in a recombinant form, researchers aim to investigate its structural and functional properties in detail, which could reveal insights into its role in translational regulation and its interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, recombinant RPS27A could serve as a valuable tool for developing targeted therapeutics, enhancing our capacity to manipulate ribosome function in pathological conditions. Through the advancement of purification techniques and biophysical characterization, the study of RPS27A continues to deepen our understanding of its biological significance and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in disease contexts. This growing body of research underscores the importance of RPS27A in both basic and applied biosciences, emphasizing the need for further exploration of this ribosomal protein in diverse biological and clinical settings.
