Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2D3, a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which regulates protein degradation, cellular signaling, and various cellular processes. The significance of UBE2D3 in cellular functions has drawn attention due to its involvement in protein ubiquitination, affecting protein stability and activity. Alterations in UBE2D3 expression or function have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where it may play a role in tumor progression and resistance to therapies. Furthermore, UBE2D3 has been implicated in the regulation of immune responses and neurodegenerative disorders. Given its diverse functions and potential as a therapeutic target, the research on recombinant UBE2D3 proteins has gained momentum. These studies aim to elucidate the enzyme's mechanistic roles, interactions with substrates, and its impact on ubiquitin signaling pathways. Advancements in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of UBE2D3 for biochemical assays and structural studies, facilitating a deeper understanding of its function and regulation in various biological contexts. Overall, research on recombinant UBE2D3 proteins is pivotal for uncovering the underlying mechanisms of disease and may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting ubiquitin-mediated pathways.
