Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBE2D2, a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, plays a crucial role in the post-translational modification of proteins through the ubiquitin-proteasome system. This system is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis, regulating protein turnover, and controlling various cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, DNA repair, and apoptosis. The dysfunction of ubiquitination pathways, which involves enzymes like UBE2D2, has been implicated in various diseases, particularly cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research on UBE2D2 has gained momentum in recent years, as it may serve as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target for malignancies, given its involvement in modulating protein stability and activity. Additionally, the study of UBE2D2's interactions, substrate specificity, and regulatory mechanisms can provide insights into its role in cellular signaling and fate. Enhanced understanding of UBE2D2's functions could pave the way for novel approaches in targeted therapies and improve our comprehension of ubiquitination's broader implications in health and disease. Exploring UBE2D2 through recombinant protein expression and characterization techniques is essential for delineating its biological roles and potential applications in biomedicine.
