稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PCDHA5, a member of the protocadherin alpha (PCDHA) gene cluster, has garnered significant interest due to its crucial role in the nervous system and potential implications in neurodevelopmental disorders. PCDHA5 is involved in the formation and maintenance of synapses, facilitating intercellular interactions critical for neural network development. Dysregulation of PCDHA5 expression has been linked to various neuropsychiatric conditions, making it a focal point for researchers exploring the molecular underpinnings of these disorders. The generation of recombinant PCDHA5 proteins enables detailed characterization of its biochemical properties, such as binding affinities and structural dynamics. This knowledge not only enhances our understanding of its functional mechanisms in neuronal contexts but also aids in identifying potential therapeutic targets. Moreover, recombinant PCDHA5 can serve as a valuable tool for studying its role in cell adhesion and signaling pathways within the central nervous system, thus contributing to the broader field of neurobiology. The pursuit of PCDHA5 recombinant protein research may ultimately yield insights relevant to conditions such as autism spectrum disorders and schizophrenia, highlighting its importance in both fundamental biology and clinical applications.
