稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RIMS2 (Rab3-interacting molecule 2) is a multi-domain protein involved in synaptic vesicle release and neurotransmitter signaling. It is part of the larger family of RIMS proteins, known for their roles in the regulation of synaptic transmission and plasticity. Research into RIMS2 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders, as well as its involvement in the modulation of calcium-dependent neurotransmitter release. Disruptions in RIMS2 function may lead to alterations in synaptic dynamics, contributing to conditions such as autism spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, and other neurological diseases. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of RIMS2 is crucial for elucidating its role in synaptic physiology and its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies have aimed to characterize the protein through techniques such as cryo-electron microscopy and co-immunoprecipitation, revealing insights into its interactions with key players in the synaptic machinery. The ongoing exploration of RIMS2 not only enhances our comprehension of synaptic function but also paves the way for novel strategies in the treatment of various neurological disorders linked to synaptic dysfunction.
