Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAXIP1, or PAX interacting protein 1, is a crucial protein that serves as a co-activator in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in pathways involving the PAX (Paired Box) family of transcription factors. Given the vital role of PAX proteins in development and differentiation, their interaction with PAXIP1 has sparked interest in understanding the underlying molecular mechanisms and their implications in various diseases, including cancers and genetic disorders. Recent studies have indicated that PAXIP1 influences cellular proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The exploration of PAXIP1 recombinantly expressed in laboratory settings allows researchers to elucidate its functional properties, protein interactions, and the effects of its modulation in biological systems. By employing techniques such as gene cloning, expression in heterologous systems, and biochemical assays, scientists aim to uncover how PAXIP1 contributes to cellular processes and its potential role in pathology. The recombinant protein's study facilitates the development of targeted strategies in translational medicine and enhances our understanding of the complex regulatory networks involving PAX transcription factors.
