Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSTD1, or thioredoxin superfamily member 1, is a gene that encodes a protein involved in various cellular processes, including oxidative stress response and redox regulation. Research on TSTD1 has gained momentum due to its potential role in mitochondrial function and apoptosis, as well as its implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Studies have shown that TSTD1 may be critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis by regulating the redox state, thereby influencing signaling pathways related to cell survival and proliferation. The investigation of recombinant TSTD1 protein has opened new avenues for understanding its functional properties and interactions at the molecular level. Recombinant protein expression allows researchers to obtain large quantities of TSTD1 for biochemical assays, structural analyses, and functional studies. Furthermore, exploring the post-translational modifications and interactions of TSTD1 may reveal its precise role in different pathological contexts, shedding light on its potential as a therapeutic target. As such, the study of recombinant TSTD1 protein is crucial for elucidating its mechanisms of action and contributions to cellular health, paving the way for novel interventions in diseases associated with redox dysregulation.
