Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PAPST1 (Papaverine-Activated Protein Synthesis Transporter 1) is a crucial protein implicated in the cellular response to stressors and the regulation of cellular processes such as protein synthesis and transport. It has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential involvement in various pathophysiological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Studies suggest that PAPST1 may play a role in the endoplasmic reticulum stress response, where it aids in the proper folding and trafficking of proteins, thereby maintaining cellular homeostasis. The recombinant expression of PAPST1 provides significant insights into its functional mechanisms and interactions within cells. Understanding the structure and dynamics of PAPST1 through recombinant protein studies can pave the way for therapeutic innovations and targeted interventions. Additionally, elucidating the pathway mediated by PAPST1 could uncover potential biomarkers for disease progression and offer novel strategies for drug development. Given the biochemical complexity and multifunctional nature of PAPST1, ongoing research is essential to unravel its role within the broader context of cell biology and its implications in health and disease.
