Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDK13 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 13) is a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase family, which plays a crucial role in regulating transcription and cell cycle progression. The study of CDK13 has gained prominence due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including RNA polymerase II transcription elongation and the phosphorylation of specific transcription factors. Recent research has highlighted the significance of CDK13 in several cancer types, where alterations in its expression or function are associated with tumorigenesis and poor prognosis. Additionally, CDK13 has been implicated in the regulation of splicing and mRNA processing, linking it to the broader landscape of gene expression control. Given its multifaceted roles, CDK13 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target. Efforts to understand its structure, interaction with cyclins, and regulatory mechanisms are critical for unraveling its contributions to both normal physiology and disease states. Investigating CDK13’s function at the molecular level could pave the way for novel interventions in cancer and other disorders linked to transcriptional misregulation.
