Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PARD6B, a member of the Par (partitioning defective) protein family, plays a crucial role in establishing cell polarity, which is vital for various cellular processes including tissue organization, cell differentiation, and signaling pathways. The protein is involved in the formation of tight junctions and is essential for the asymmetric distribution of cellular components during division. Recent studies have implicated PARD6B in various pathophysiological conditions, including cancer metastasis and developmental disorders. The recombinant expression of PARD6B protein allows researchers to explore its functional capabilities and interactions within the cell, facilitating a deeper understanding of its role in maintaining cellular architecture and dynamics. Utilizing advanced molecular biology techniques, scientists aim to elucidate the protein's structural characteristics and its involvement in signal transduction pathways. Additionally, generating PARD6B recombinant protein can serve as a valuable tool for developing targeted therapies that address the dysregulation of cell polarity in diseases. Overall, understanding PARD6B's function and mechanisms offers significant potential for advancing therapeutic strategies in related medical fields.
