Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PARD6A (Partitioning Defective 6 homolog alpha) is a critical component of the cell polarity establishment machinery and plays a vital role in various cellular processes, including epithelial cell polarization, cell division, and migration. Its function is closely linked to the control of the actin cytoskeleton and the formation of tight junctions, making it essential for maintaining tissue integrity and function. Research has shown that disruptions in PARD6A expression or function can lead to several diseases, including cancer, where altered cell polarity is frequently observed. Additionally, PARD6A is implicated in signaling pathways that influence stem cell behavior and differentiation, suggesting its potential role in developmental biology and regenerative medicine. The study of PARD6A recombinant protein not only aids in understanding its structural and functional characteristics but also provides insights into its interactions with other cellular partners. This knowledge can facilitate the development of targeted therapies for conditions associated with cellular polarity dysregulation. Thus, PARD6A serves as a promising target for research aimed at unraveling the complexities of cell polarity and its implications in health and disease.
