Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TPPP3 (Tubulin Polymerization Promoting Protein 3) is a member of the TPPP family, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of microtubule dynamics and has been implicated in various cellular processes such as cell division, differentiation, and intracellular transport. Research on TPPP3 has gained attention due to its potential involvement in neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. In particular, aberrations in TPPP3 expression have been observed in various tumors, suggesting it may contribute to tumor progression or serve as a biomarker for certain malignancies. Moreover, TPPP3 is also believed to facilitate tubulin polymerization, which is essential for maintaining the structural integrity of the cytoskeleton. Understanding the functional mechanisms of TPPP3 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its biological significance and therapeutic potential, particularly in targeting pathways related to cancer metastasis and neurological disorders. Consequently, researchers focus on characterizing the structure, interactions, and regulatory mechanisms of TPPP3, aiming to uncover its roles in cellular physiology and pathology. Given the pivotal role of microtubule dynamics in numerous biological processes, TPPP3 presents a compelling target for drug development and a promising avenue for understanding disease pathology.
