Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARHGAP44, a member of the Rho GTPase-activating protein (RhoGAP) family, plays a crucial role in regulating actin cytoskeleton dynamics and cell signaling pathways by inactivating Rho GTPases such as Rac and Rho. Its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation, has garnered attention in recent years. Studies have indicated that ARHGAP44 may have implications in cancer biology, as its expression levels can affect tumor progression and metastasis. Moreover, its interaction with other signaling molecules hints at a complex regulatory network that may influence cellular responses to external stimuli. Researchers have focused on characterizing the structure and function of ARHGAP44, particularly its regulatory mechanisms in different cellular contexts. The development of recombinant ARHGAP44 proteins enables the study of its biochemical properties and interactions, facilitating a better understanding of its role in health and disease. With insights into ARHGAP44's function, potential therapeutic targets may emerge, particularly in conditions where Rho GTPase signaling is dysregulated. As such, investigations into ARHGAP44 not only enhance our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also open avenues for novel therapeutic strategies in diseases like cancer.
