Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
P2RY6, a member of the purinergic receptor family, is a G protein-coupled receptor that primarily responds to the nucleotide ATP, playing crucial roles in various physiological and pathological processes. Research has indicated that P2RY6 is involved in regulating immune responses, neuronal signaling, and tissue repair mechanisms. Dysregulation of this receptor is associated with several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and neurodegenerative conditions. The study of recombinant P2RY6 proteins has gained significance as it provides insights into the receptor's structure-function relationships, signaling pathways, and potential as a therapeutic target. By producing and characterizing recombinant P2RY6, researchers are able to investigate its interactions with ligands, identify allosteric sites, and develop novel pharmacological agents that could modulate its activity. Furthermore, understanding P2RY6’s role in cell signaling can pave the way for innovative treatment strategies for various diseases, emphasizing the importance of recombinant P2RY6 protein research in the broader context of drug discovery and molecular biology.
