Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of viral proteins, particularly VDP (Viral Delivery Proteins), has gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology and virology due to their critical roles in the life cycle of viruses and their potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. VDPs are essential for the viral entry process, facilitating the translocation of viral genetic material into host cells, and are pivotal in determining viral tropism and pathogenicity. Understanding the structure and function of these proteins allows researchers to uncover mechanisms of viral infection and immune evasion, which can inform vaccine development and antiviral therapies. Moreover, VDPs have garnered interest as potential tools for gene delivery systems in gene therapy and vaccine development, leveraging their natural ability to invade cells. As researchers continue to dissect the complexities of VDPs and their interactions with host cell machinery, this field promises to advance our understanding of viral biology and enhance our strategies for combatting viral diseases. Through techniques such as cryo-electron microscopy and mutagenesis studies, the characterization of VDPs is revealing insights into their conformational dynamics and functional roles, paving the way for innovative therapeutic interventions. The growing body of research underscores the importance of VDPs not only in virology but also in the broader context of biomedicine, where their unique properties can be harnessed for medical advancements.
