稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
P2RY11, also known as the purinergic receptor P2Y11, is a G-protein coupled receptor that plays a significant role in the regulation of various physiological processes, including immune responses, inflammation, and cellular proliferation. It is activated by extracellular nucleotides, particularly ATP and UTP, which are crucial signaling molecules in many biological systems. The receptor is primarily expressed in immune cells, suggesting its involvement in modulating immune responses and potentially influencing conditions such as autoimmune diseases, cancer, and infectious diseases. Research on P2RY11 has gained momentum due to its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding its structure, function, and signaling mechanisms can provide insights into its role in pathophysiological states, leading to the development of novel pharmacological interventions. The generation of recombinant P2RY11 proteins has facilitated studies that explore its functional characteristics, ligand binding, and downstream signaling pathways, thereby enhancing our knowledge of its physiological and pathological roles. As such, P2RY11 represents a promising focus for drug discovery efforts aimed at modulating immune function and addressing various health disorders.
