  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TNFRSF1A, the Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 1A, is a critical protein involved in the regulation of inflammation and immune responses. Its primary ligand, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), is crucial in mediating various physiological processes, including apoptosis, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Dysregulation of TNFRSF1A signaling has been implicated in numerous diseases, such as autoimmune disorders, chronic inflammatory conditions, and cancer. The recombinant form of TNFRSF1A has garnered considerable attention in the field of therapeutic research due to its potential applications in disease modulation. By studying this protein, researchers aim to better understand its role in signaling pathways that affect immune responses and inflammation. Additionally, recombinant TNFRSF1A can serve as a valuable tool for drug development, providing insights into the mechanistic underpinnings of TNF-α-related pathologies and enabling the design of targeted therapies that can inhibit or modulate TNF-related signaling. Ultimately, the exploration of TNFRSF1A not only advances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for novel therapeutic strategies in treating a range of diseases linked to TNF signaling.
