Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
APPL2, or Adaptor Protein, Phosphotyrosine Interaction, and PH Domains 2, is a member of the APPL protein family, which plays a crucial role in intracellular signaling and the regulation of endosomal trafficking. Research on APPL2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including insulin signaling, cell growth, and cancer progression. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target in various types of cancer, as well as its implications in metabolic disorders. The structural characterization of APPL2, particularly its protein-protein interactions and functional domains, is essential for understanding its role in cellular pathways and disease processes. Recombinant APPL2 protein has been produced for in vitro experiments, facilitating investigations into its mechanisms of action and interactions with other critical signaling molecules. This research not only enhances our understanding of APPL2's biological functions but also paves the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies that could harness its regulatory capabilities in disease contexts. Given the increasing interest in targeting endocytic pathways in therapeutic interventions, APPL2 represents a promising candidate for future studies aimed at elucidating its role in health and disease.
