稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
APPL (Adsorption of Phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate and its Protein Ligands) is a family of proteins that play crucial roles in cellular trafficking and signaling pathways, particularly in the context of endocytosis and signal transduction. The importance of APPL proteins has gained attention due to their involvement in various cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and cytoskeletal organization. Research has revealed that APPL proteins interact with phosphoinositides, which are pivotal for the recruitment of various signaling molecules and adapters at the plasma membrane. Given their central role in cellular health and the potential implications in disease models, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, there has been a surge in interest to elucidate the structural and functional properties of APPL proteins. Understanding their mechanisms of action can provide insights into therapeutic strategies to manipulate these pathways in disease contexts. The study of APPL proteins is also significant for advancing knowledge in cell biology, particularly regarding how cells communicate and respond to extracellular signals. As researchers continue to explore the diverse roles of APPL proteins, the development of recombinant proteins and advanced imaging techniques will facilitate detailed analyses of their functions and interactions within the cellular environment, paving the way for potential biomedical applications.
