Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NEBL (Nebeletin) is a key component of the cardiac and skeletal muscle architecture, playing a crucial role in the formation and stabilization of the Z-disc in striated muscle cells. This protein is implicated in various physiological processes, including muscle contraction and cellular signaling pathways. Recent studies have indicated that NEBL may have a role in the development of certain muscular dystrophies and cardiomyopathies, leading to a growing interest in investigating its structural and functional properties. The ability to produce recombinant NEBL proteins has opened new avenues for researchers to explore its mechanisms in both normal physiology and disease states. Recombinant NEBL can be utilized to dissect its interactions with other proteins and investigate its role in sarcomere assembly and maintenance. Furthermore, understanding the molecular details of NEBL's structure, such as its domains and binding sites, can provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for muscle-related diseases. As research progresses, the recombinant NEBL protein represents a valuable tool in the quest to unravel the complexities of muscle biology and contribute to the development of innovative therapeutic strategies.
