Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANKRD44, or Ankyrin Repeat Domain 44, is a protein that has recently garnered attention in the field of molecular biology and medicine due to its potential role in various cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Initially identified in genomic studies, ANKRD44 is characterized by its multiple ankyrin repeat motifs, which typically facilitate protein-protein interactions, suggesting its involvement in cellular signaling pathways and regulatory networks. Research has indicated that ANKRD44 may play a critical role in immune response and development, as well as in the pathology of conditions such as cancer and autoimmune diseases. Its expression patterns in different tissues and cellular contexts have prompted investigations into its functional implications, including its influence on cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Moreover, the ability to produce recombinant ANKRD44 protein has opened avenues for experimental studies aimed at elucidating its biological functions and interactions. By characterizing ANKRD44's structure and exploring its binding partners, researchers hope to uncover novel therapeutic targets and strategies for diseases associated with dysregulated signaling pathways. Understanding the precise role of ANKRD44 could lead to advancements in biomarker discovery and the development of targeted therapies, particularly in cancer immunotherapy, where modulation of immune responses is crucial. Thus, the research surrounding ANKRD44 is at the intersection of basic biology and clinical applications, highlighting the significance of this protein as a subject for further investigation.
