Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANKRD32, or Ankyrin Repeat Domain-containing protein 32, is a protein implicated in various cellular processes, including immune response regulation and signaling pathways. Its relevance has garnered attention due to its potential role in modulating inflammation and autoimmunity. Research indicates that ANKRD32 may interact with key signaling molecules, influencing the activity of immune cells, particularly T cells and B cells. This protein is particularly noteworthy in the context of autoimmune diseases, where dysregulation of immune responses is a hallmark. Understanding ANKRD32's structure and function at the molecular level could lead to novel therapeutic strategies for managing conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. The recombinant protein variant of ANKRD32 allows researchers to explore its functional implications in a controlled environment, shedding light on its specific roles in immune modulation. By studying recombinant ANKRD32, scientists aim to clarify its mechanistic pathways, enhance our understanding of immune system dynamics, and identify potential biomarkers for disease progression or treatment response. This work is crucial not only for elucidating the fundamental biology of ANKRD32 but also for translating basic research into clinical applications that can improve patient outcomes in autoimmune disorders.
