稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
THB (Translocation and Heteropolymer Binding Protein) recombinants have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. The THB protein family is known for its crucial roles in cellular processes, including protein folding, translocation across membranes, and the assembly of multi-subunit complexes. Research on THB has underscored its importance in the context of diseases, particularly neurodegenerative disorders where protein misfolding is implicated. The reconstitution of THB proteins in recombinant forms allows for detailed studies of their structural and functional properties, facilitating the understanding of their interaction with other biomolecules. This has implications for drug design, as targeting the pathways involving THB could lead to therapeutic strategies for diseases caused by protein aggregation. Furthermore, recombinant THB proteins serve as valuable tools in synthetic biology, enabling the engineering of new cellular systems and improving protein production processes. Given the urgency of addressing global health challenges and the need for innovative biotechnological solutions, THB recombinants represent a promising avenue for research that bridges molecular biology and practical applications in health and industry. As ongoing studies explore the mechanistic details and modulation of THB functions, the potential for developing novel interventions and technologies continues to expand, highlighting the significance of this field of research.
