Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCL1A (T-cell leukemia 1A) is a gene that plays a critical role in T-cell development and function. It has been primarily studied in the context of T-cell malignancies, particularly in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), where its overexpression is associated with aggressive disease progression. Research into TCL1A has revealed its functions as a regulator of cell proliferation and survival, making it a target for therapeutic intervention. Recombinant TCL1A protein studies aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which TCL1A promotes leukemogenesis and influences the tumor microenvironment. By producing and characterizing TCL1A as a recombinant protein, scientists can investigate its interactions with various signaling pathways and cellular components, providing invaluable insights into T-cell biology and the pathogenesis of related disorders. Understanding the structure and function of TCL1A could lead to the development of novel treatment strategies, including targeted therapies that specifically inhibit its activity in T-cell malignancies, thus improving outcomes for patients with T-ALL and other related cancers. Additionally, the study of TCL1A may offer broader implications for understanding immune responses and potential applications in immune therapies.
