Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANKRD17, a member of the ankyrin repeat protein family, has emerged as a significant focus of research due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and diseases. Ankyrin repeat proteins are known for their ability to mediate protein-protein interactions, thereby participating in essential functions such as signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and stress responses. Recent studies have suggested that ANKRD17 may be involved in the regulation of specific signaling pathways, particularly those related to cancer progression and development, by modulating the activity of key oncogenes and tumor suppressors. Additionally, its expression levels have been linked to cellular stress responses, further underscoring its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. As a result, the recombinant expression of ANKRD17 proteins has been pursued to elucidate their functional properties and potential interactions with other cellular components. Understanding the biochemical behavior of ANKRD17 and its role in various pathophysiological contexts could offer valuable insights for developing targeted therapeutic strategies, particularly in oncology. Given these promising implications, further studies on recombinant ANKRD17 could enhance our understanding of its mechanisms and functionality, potentially leading to novel approaches in disease treatment and prevention.
