Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of AMDHD2 recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in metabolic disorders and neurological diseases. AMDHD2 (Amidohydrolase Domain Containing Protein 2) is part of a family of enzymes involved in the metabolism of various nitrogen-containing compounds, including amino acids and nucleotides. Its specific role in catalyzing the hydrolysis of amide bonds is crucial in cellular metabolism and maintaining nitrogen homeostasis. Aberrant expression or dysfunction of AMDHD2 has been linked to various pathologies, highlighting the need for detailed understanding of its functional mechanisms. Recent advances in biotechnology have enabled the production of recombinant AMDHD2 proteins, allowing researchers to explore its enzymatic activity, structure-function relationships, and interactions with other biomolecules. Such studies could illuminate the underlying pathways associated with disorders like anxiety, depression, and other neurodegenerative diseases. Moreover, understanding the role of AMDHD2 may open new avenues for targeted therapeutic strategies and contribute to the development of novel treatments for complex diseases. The increasing interest in this enzyme underscores its importance in clinical research and drug discovery, positioning AMDHD2 as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target in future biomedical applications.
