稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BIRC5, also known as survivin, is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) family and plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation and apoptosis inhibition. Overexpression of BIRC5 is associated with various cancers, making it a significant target for cancer therapy. Research on BIRC5 recombinant proteins has gained traction due to their potential in understanding the mechanisms of tumorigenesis and apoptosis resistance. By producing and studying BIRC5 in a recombinant form, scientists aim to elucidate its structure-function relationships and interactions with other proteins involved in apoptotic pathways. Additionally, BIRC5's dual role in promoting cell proliferation while inhibiting apoptosis positions it as a key player in cancer cell survival. The development of BIRC5-targeted therapies could provide novel approaches for cancer treatment, especially for malignancies characterized by high levels of BIRC5 expression. Furthermore, recombinant BIRC5 proteins can serve as valuable tools for the development of diagnostic assays and for screening potential therapeutic agents that could modulate its activity. Overall, the investigation of BIRC5 recombinant proteins is imperative for advancing our understanding of cancer biology and for designing innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at overcoming the limitations of current cancer treatments.
