Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ALDH3B2 (Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 3 Family Member B2) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the detoxification of aldehydes in various tissues, particularly in the human liver and retina. It is part of the larger aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) superfamily, which is involved in the metabolism of endogenous and exogenous aldehydes, contributing to cellular protection against oxidative stress. Dysregulation of ALDH3B2 has been associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Additionally, recombinant ALDH3B2 protein is being studied for its utility in understanding the enzyme's structural and functional properties, as well as its interaction with various substrates and inhibitors. By characterizing ALDH3B2 through recombinant expression systems, researchers aim to elucidate its mechanisms of action and potential roles in metabolic pathways and disease processes. This research not only advances our understanding of the physiological importance of ALDH3B2 but also opens avenues for developing novel therapeutic strategies that could exploit the unique features of this enzyme in disease contexts.
