Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ALDH3A2, or aldehyde dehydrogenase 3A2, is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the metabolism of aldehydes, particularly in the detoxification of lipid peroxidation products and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Mutations in the ALDH3A2 gene are associated with classic galactosemia and other metabolic disorders, leading to significant clinical consequences. Research into the recombinant protein of ALDH3A2 aims to elucidate the enzyme's structure, functions, and mechanisms of action, providing insight into its role in various biological processes. By producing and studying the recombinant form of ALDH3A2, scientists hope to explore its catalytic properties, substrate specificity, and interactions with other biomolecules. Additionally, understanding the reactivity and stability of the enzyme under various conditions can aid in the development of therapeutic strategies for diseases linked to ALDH3A2 dysfunction. The recombinant protein may also serve as a valuable tool for drug screening and the design of small molecule inhibitors. Overall, the study of ALDH3A2 recombinant protein is essential for advancing our comprehension of its biological significance and potential implications in treating related disorders.
