Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MARS2, or Methionyl-tRNA Synthetase 2, is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in protein synthesis by catalyzing the attachment of methionine to its corresponding tRNA molecule. This process is essential for the initiation of translation and subsequent protein production within cells. Recent studies have revealed that MARS2 is not only involved in the canonical functions of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases but also plays significant roles in various cellular processes, including stress response, mitochondrial function, and potential implications in neurodegenerative diseases. Research has shown that mutations in the MARS2 gene can lead to a spectrum of human disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and proper functioning. Additionally, the study of MARS2 recombinantly expressed proteins has gained traction in the field of biotechnology, as understanding its structure and function can lead to advances in therapeutic strategies and the development of novel biotechnological applications. Overall, the investigation of MARS2 recombined proteins not only deepens our comprehension of fundamental biological mechanisms but also paves the way for insights into genetic diseases and potential pharmacological interventions.
