Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Nuclear receptor coactivator 1 (NCOA1) is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression through its interaction with various nuclear receptors and transcription factors. It is involved in multiple biological processes, including metabolism, reproduction, and cell differentiation, making it a key player in health and disease. Dysregulation of NCOA1 has been implicated in several conditions, such as obesity, diabetes, and cancers. Therefore, understanding the structure and function of NCOA1, particularly through the study of its recombinant protein, is essential for elucidating its role in these pathological states. Research on NCOA1 recombinant protein focuses on its molecular mechanisms, interaction with ligands, and contribution to transcriptional coactivation, which can lead to new therapeutic targets. The production of recombinant NCOA1 allows for detailed biochemical characterization and high-throughput screening for modulators that can either enhance or inhibit its activity, providing valuable insights into potential drug development. Overall, the study of NCOA1 recombinant protein is vital for advancing our understanding of nuclear receptor signaling pathways and their implications in various diseases.
