稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STX11 (Syntaxin 11) is a member of the syntaxin family of proteins, which play critical roles in intracellular vesicle trafficking and membrane fusion processes. It is particularly important in immune system functioning, as it is involved in the release of cytotoxic granules from natural killer (NK) cells and T lymphocytes, which are essential for the immune response against infected or cancerous cells. The study of STX11 has garnered significant attention due to its association with familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (FHL), a severe immunological disorder characterized by hyperactivation of immune cells leading to excessive inflammation and tissue damage. Mutations in the STX11 gene have been linked to FHL type 4, illustrating its vital role in maintaining immune homeostasis. Research on STX11 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of its function and its interactions with other proteins involved in exocytosis. Additionally, understanding the structure and dynamics of STX11 could provide insights into therapeutic strategies for FHL and other immune-related diseases, paving the way for the development of targeted treatments. By generating and characterizing STX11 recombinant proteins, scientists hope to clarify how aberrations in this protein contribute to pathological states and to explore the potential for harnessing these pathways for therapeutic benefit.
