Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STRADA (STRatum-Associated protein) is a recently identified protein that plays a crucial role in various signaling pathways associated with cell growth and differentiation. Emerging research has highlighted its significance in the context of multiple diseases, particularly cancer, where aberrations in signaling pathways contribute to uncontrolled cell proliferation. The protein is believed to interact with several key regulators of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) pathways, which are essential for cellular responses to external stimuli. Additionally, STRADA has been implicated in the regulation of apoptosis and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis, suggesting its potential as a target for therapeutic intervention. Given the increasing prevalence of cancers and other related diseases, understanding the functional mechanisms of STRADA, including its structural properties and interactions with other biomolecules, is of paramount importance. Research efforts are focusing on defining the molecular architecture of STRADA, elucidating its role in disease pathology, and developing inhibitors that can modulate its activity. This will not only enhance our fundamental understanding of cellular signaling but may also open up new avenues for innovative treatment strategies aimed at conditions where STRADA function is disrupted.
