稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AKAP10, a member of the A-kinase anchoring protein (AKAP) family, plays a critical role in cellular signaling by anchoring protein kinase A (PKA) to specific subcellular compartments, thereby influencing various physiological processes. It is primarily localized in the mitochondria and has been implicated in regulating mitochondrial function, energy metabolism, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of AKAP10 expression has been associated with various diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disorders. Research on AKAP10 recombinant protein focuses on understanding its structural characteristics and functional interactions with PKA and other signaling molecules. By producing recombinant AKAP10, scientists aim to elucidate its role in mitochondrial dynamics and explore potential therapeutic interventions. The availability of purified AKAP10 protein is essential for conducting biochemical assays, including binding studies and functional assays, which can shed light on its contribution to health and disease. Additionally, investigating the molecular mechanisms by which AKAP10 modulates signaling pathways may reveal novel targets for drug development and therapeutic strategies. Overall, the study of AKAP10 recombinant protein is vital for advancing our understanding of mitochondrial biology and its implications in human health.
