稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BCAS2, or Breast Cancer Amplified Sequence 2, is a gene implicated in various cancer-related processes, particularly in breast cancer. It is located on chromosome 1q24.1 and has been shown to be overexpressed in breast tumors, suggesting its potential role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Research has increasingly focused on the protein encoded by BCAS2, as it is believed to participate in critical cellular functions such as RNA splicing, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. Additionally, BCAS2 is associated with poor prognosis in breast cancer patients, making it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant form of BCAS2 protein is of particular interest for its potential use in diagnostics and as a target for immunotherapy. Studying the structural and functional properties of BCAS2 recombinant protein can provide valuable insights into its role in cancer biology and might aid in the development of novel treatment strategies. As research progresses, understanding how BCAS2 influences tumor behavior could lead to improved clinical outcomes for patients suffering from breast cancer and possibly other malignancies where BCAS2 expression is altered.
