稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR2F2, a member of the olfactory receptor (OR) family, is a G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) that plays a crucial role in the sense of smell. Despite its classification as an olfactory receptor, OR2F2 is increasingly recognized for its involvement in various non-olfactory physiological processes. Recent studies have suggested that OR2F2 may be implicated in the regulation of immune responses and inflammatory pathways, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of OR2F2 protein enables researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships and interactome, providing insights into its mechanistic roles in both olfactory signaling and broader biological contexts. Furthermore, exploring the functional properties of OR2F2 through recombinant techniques can enhance our understanding of GPCRs and their diverse roles, paving the way for innovative approaches in drug development for conditions related to immune dysregulation and olfactory dysfunction. The ongoing elucidation of OR2F2's biological significance positions it as a key focus in the field of molecular biology and pharmacology.
