稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OR2F1, a member of the olfactory receptor (OR) gene family, has garnered attention in recent research due to its potential role in the chemosensory system. Olfactory receptors are crucial for the detection of odorants and are primarily located in the nasal epithelium; however, OR2F1 is unique as it has been found to be expressed in other tissues, suggesting it may have functions beyond the traditional olfactory pathway. Studies indicate that OR2F1 may participate in various physiological processes, including immune response and cell signaling, hinting at its broader biological significance. Moreover, the investigation of OR2F1 as a recombinant protein opens new avenues for understanding its molecular mechanisms and interactions in different biological contexts. By analyzing its structure and function, researchers aim to elucidate how OR2F1 contributes to sensory perception and potential therapeutic applications. The recombinant expression of OR2F1 can facilitate high-throughput screening of ligands and help determine the receptor's signaling pathways, ultimately contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of olfactory receptors and their roles in human health and disease.
