Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FUBP3, or Far-Upstream Element Binding Protein 3, is a member of the FUBP family of proteins that play a critical role in gene regulation by binding to specific RNA elements within messenger RNA (mRNA) transcripts. Research into FUBP3 has gained interest due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Abnormal expression or dysfunction of FUBP3 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis by altering the stability and translation of mRNAs associated with cell growth and survival. The recombinant expression of FUBP3 allows for the detailed study of its biochemical properties, interaction with RNA and other proteins, and its role in post-transcriptional regulation. Understanding the structure-function relationship of FUBP3 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its mechanistic actions in normal and disease states. Additionally, characterization of FUBP3 at a molecular level may reveal potential therapeutic targets and strategies for intervention in diseases linked to its dysregulation.
