稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SSX2 (suppressor of tumorigenicity 2) is a member of the SSX protein family, which has been identified as a cancer/testis (CT) antigen, predominantly expressed in various cancers but not in normal tissues, making it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy. The interest in SSX2 research stems from its association with tumorigenesis and its ability to evoke an immune response, which can be harnessed for therapeutic purposes. Studies have shown that SSX2 is involved in regulating gene expression and may play a role in cell proliferation and differentiation. Its expression in malignant cells but low or absent expression in normal adult tissues suggests that it may be a key player in tumor-specific processes. Additionally, SSX2 has been identified as an immunogenic target in melanoma and other malignancies, leading to investigations into its use in vaccine development and adoptive T-cell therapy. Understanding the structure and function of SSX2, along with its interactions within the immune system, is critical for the advancement of personalized cancer treatments. Research on SSX2 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its biological role, develop diagnostic tools, and create effective immunotherapeutic strategies that could improve patient outcomes in cancer treatment.
